In Lisbon, there’s only one place to watch the sun go down – one of the viewpoints capping the seven cinematic hillsides which surround the city. With a night on the cobbles awaiting you, this fresh and fruity rosé was made with these moments in mind. It’s a blend of Portugal’s native grapes – and is as dry and refreshing as any Provencal pink. The grapes are grown just north of the city, where the sea air makes sure the grapes have a real mouth-watering crispness to balance all the vibrant flavours. Expect flavours of strawberries, raspberries and peaches, with a deliciously creamy finish. Perfect with salty almonds or olives as the sun goes down.
