In the Domfrontais region Calvados must contain a minimum of 30% pear, and the Lemorton family - who produce some of the best spirits in the region – actually use seven pears for every three apples. This delicious Calvados has rich aromas of pear, vanilla and orchard blossom, which continue onto the palate.
