Henstone 5 year old Ex Bourbon Cask has been aged in a single ex-bourbon cask. The entire process from mashing, distilling, ageing and bottling has been carefully done by the Henstone Distillery team themselves. The result? Henstone Distillery is an English distillery that makes whisky, gin, vodka, apple brandy, and a corn liquor. It was established in Shropshire in 2017. The spirits are made in a 1,000 litre still named Hilda. Henstone is one of a small number of distilleries south of the Scottish border making thteir own wash (the beer that is distilled to produce whisky) on site. We have a philosophy of using only the finest malted barley to produce a distinctive and characteristic new-make spirit.
