Product Description
75cl / 13.5% - The Van Biljon winery, in South Africa, is located on the southern slopes of the Polkadraai Hills. The exceptional climate creates ideal conditions for Bordeaux grape varieties and this 2019-vintage uses a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, and Petit Verdot. These grapes yield a intensely concentrated red fruit notes, with firm tannins and a long spicy finish – from its 18 months in French oak barrels.
