Crafted from Golden Promise barley, an old and characterful varietal once prized for its flavour but later replaced by higher-yielding strains. It has been matured in ex-bourbon casks to let the pure distillate character shine, free from heavy wood influence. Bottled at 59.2% ABV, it delivers power, richness, and a vibrant coastal character.
