Moillard-Thomas is one of the oldest wine merchants originating in Nuits-Saint-Georges in the Côtes de Nuits. Since the 19th century, they offer wines that respect tradition and represent a thorough knowledge of Burgundy wine. Always looking for the best quality, their grapes benefit from traditional know-how combined with efficient technology and are meticulously vinified and matured to create wines that will best express the characteristics of the terroir they come from. The Moillard-Thomas winery is equipped with small thermo-regulated stainless steel vats, especially suitable for the production of fruit-driven reds. This beautiful expression is made of 100% Gamay, with fruity notes of cherry and black pepper on the nose. It's delicate on the palate with soft tannins, ripe fruit aromas and a very generous finish. Try it with charcuterie or roast pork.
