This Blanc de Noirs crémant is made with 100% Pinot Noir providing appealing red apple notes on both the nose and palate. On the nose, there are also floral aromas and the palate is creamy, with a fine mousse and notes of pastry and red berries. This wine spends between 20 and 24 months on lees prior to disgorging, ensuring it develops a high level of toasty complexity.
