Broghies are a bowl shaped low calorie, low carb, vegan, fat free nutritious snack produced in Sligo (Ireland). They have become hugely popular with Slimming World, WeightWatchers & other independent weightloss groups nationwide as well as with nutritionists and fitness trainers. They are also suitable for diabetics and ideal for school lunches. Broghies can be enjoyed with all toppings, dips & spreads (hot, cold, sweet & savoury). There is no gluten in corn but they are produced in the same environment as Wheat Broghies so there is a small risk of cross contamination and they are therefore not labelled as Gluten Free.
