Japanese Land Samphire 'Okahijiki' - Seeds

Okahijiki, often called Japanese samphire, is a succulent annual with slender stems and a crisp, salty flavour. It grows compactly to around 30cm tall and thrives in sunny, well-drained soils. Delicious raw, lightly steamed, or sautéed, it makes a unique accompaniment to seafood or salads. Harvest young shoots repeatedly until flowering. Perfect with seafood or sushi. Ultimate height and spread: 30cm (12in).
