This Tom Kha paste is packed with lots of fresh flavours that are great for a cold day or if you're feeling a little under the weather. It is coconut milk based which makes it creamier and less spicy than a Tom Yam Soup. Packed with lots of nutritious spices and flavours this soup pairs perfectly with chicken or as a vegetarian option, fresh vegetables, quorn/tofu and mushrooms.
