Each small batch of bacon is cured by hand and gently smoked at their smokery in the Welsh mountains, before being infused with the rum and molasses to deliver a dark, rich flavour. It's the perfect choice for spaghetti carbonara, or to make your own pigs in blankets.. 5-6 slices, 100g.
