Hibiscus 'Starburst Chiffon' is the newest addition to the Hibiscus Chiffon range and is difficult to beat for exotic beauty. These plants, known as the best brand of double hibiscus, are extremely hardy and robust. From July to October, large bushy plants produce an abundance of highly unusual, almost tropical-looking blooms.
