Cherry plum (Hedging)

The Cherry Plum, also known as the Myrobalan, is a popular sight in autumn hedgerows, when the bright yellow and deep crimson small plums contrast with the dark green foliage. Prunus ceraifera is a deciduous little tree that makes an excellent wildlife hedging plant. The white blossoms cover it entirely in early spring, and the edible fruits are great for jam making. 7.5m (24') in height. 7.5m (24'). Spread: 3.5m (11'). Planting Distance: 30 cm (12).
