This ridge type is easy to grow outdoors and continual harvesting will produce a constant supply of blocky, thin-skinned fruit. Although they may reach up 30cm, flavour and texture is best if harvested around 20cm long. Enjoy them freshly sliced into salads or cooling salsas.
