Sliced Smoked Italian Pancetta 500g

Italian air-cured streaky bacon with a very fine flavour, delicious crisp fried or grilled and perfect for wrapping pieces of chicken or fish, or for use in pasta sauces. Often called the Italian bacon, it is made from the pork belly that has been cured in brine flavoured with herbs and spices such as nutmeg, fennel and pepper, and then air-dried. It is less salty than most streaky bacon and with a fine superior flavour, making it indispensable in any kitchen.
