There’s a narrow gap down the middle, and you can line the boards up or leave them slightly staggered. The top feels solid and raw, with a shape that’s not too neat, in a good way. It sits on a chunky steel base with sharp, clean angles that contrast the top nicely. The whole thing feels well-built and heavy in the right way.
