Operating Instructions: The machine needs to be secured; do not hold it by hand. Secure it to a stable object (such as a wooden board/table/stool, etc.) with a long screw: Step 1: Rotate the black screw on top of the machine to raise the cutter head. Step 2: Pass the wire through the holed plate under the wire-pressing plate. Step 3: Insert the wire in a straight line into the machine, ensuring the blade presses down on the middle of the wire and the gear V-groove are aligned.
