Place the massager over your eyes and adjust the elasticated comfort strap so the mask fits snugly and evenly against your temples and brow bone without pressing too hard against your eyeballs. Press and hold the power button to switch the unit on, then press it quickly to cycle through the available relaxation modes to choose your preferred combination of heat, air pressure, and vibration.
