Ginger Essential Oil

Ginger derives its name from the Greek word "zingiberis" which means "horn-shaped", describing the root of the plant. Our ginger essential oil is extracted from the Zingiber officinale plant, often known by the English name of Jamaican ginger. The oil is gently extracted by steam distillation from the dried, ground ginger root, which is grown in India under sustainable conditions.
