FOOD SAFE – Our 89 mm diameter lids are made of tinned sheet metal and coated on the inside with food-grade silicone sealant. This prevents the contents of the jar from reacting with the metal and the lid from corroding. TIGHTLY APPLICABLE – The six-hook lids with an 89 mm diameter seal the jars hermetically, both when cold and after heat treatment during sterilization or pasteurization.
