The rubber stopper includes a fermentation tube (made of glass or plastic). The soda-lime glass from which the demijohns are made has all the necessary certifications for food contact. It not only ensures a safe fermentation process but also enriches the finished beverage with all the essential nutrients and flavors. Thanks to the narrow neck, the product can be tightly sealed. The following volumes are available: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 34, and 54 liters. The set includes the rubber stopper and the fermentation tube.
