Cara Imperial Medallion Vase

The table is cleared but the flowers are still there. Hand-painted in Jingdezhen — the city that has produced fine porcelain for over a thousand years — each medallion is drawn by hand, cobalt on white, using a tradition that predates most of the furniture it will sit beside. At 36cm, it holds its own on a mantelpiece without demanding attention from what surrounds it. Blue and white porcelain has been collected this way for centuries. Now it belongs on your table.
