The slightly curved blade aids in general cutting tasks, doubling as an effective small chef's or cook's knife. The GS-110 model is also featured in all special edition 40th anniversary sets.Engineered by Global Knives, this double-edged version of the traditional Kiritsuke is highly versatile, capable of performing tasks typically handled by a Gyuto or Chef’s Knife, as well as those of a Nakiri and Sujihiki. It features less curvature than the typical Gyuto, making it perfect for a push and pull cutting motion.
