Product Description

Introducing the exclusive Burleigh Blue Asiatic Pheasants Mini Teapot Ornament, a stunning design inspired by Burleigh’s rich heritage. This intricate floral pattern brings a fresh yet timeless charm to this beautifully crafted miniature teapot. As a limited-edition piece, this collectible is available exclusively online and in our historic Middleport shop, making it a rare find for Burleigh enthusiasts and lovers of fine ceramics. Whether displayed as part of a collection or given as a thoughtful gift, this exquisite ornament is a perfect blend of tradition and innovation. Each Mini Teapot Ornament Apprentice Piece has been hand decorated by Michael, our new Apprentice, using waste tissue from our Transferring Shop. Michael joins our team of Transferrers as the 13th member of the team, working alongside 12 other skilled members of staff, with his mentor Jacqui who has been Transferring at Burleigh for almost 21 years. Tissue transfer decoration is a craft that is protected by the Heritage Craft Register and without company investment and specialised Apprentice training, the craft would be severely at risk. These Mini Teapot Ornaments are limited in number and a highly collectible item that comes in three designs: Blossom Calico, Blue Calico, Blue Asiatic Pheasant and Blue Regal Peacock. Learn more about these Ornaments, the history of 'A Journey Woman' and Burleigh Apprenticeships in The Apprentice Piece blog. ---->
