The delight range is lighter than regular ceramics making it more versatile for a wider variety of heat sources.Beautifully glazed in a matt black finish, the Emile Henry braiser is made in France and is complete with a 5 year warranty.Capacity 2.5 litres. Dimensions: 31 x 27 x 15.5cm.Suitable for induction, gas, electric, halogen and ceramic hobs.Oven, microwave, freezer and dishwasher safe withstanding temperatures of -20°C to 350°C.
