Iris laevigata 'Snowdrift' (Marginal Aquatic)

An exquisite aquatic iris with pure white falls delicately marked with pale lilac throats. This elegant iris thrives in moist to wet soil at the margins of ponds, or in a bog garden, adding colour and interest through May and June. Its erect, lance-shaped leaves offer useful vertical accents to the pond environment and a natural transition between water and land. Water depth: up to 5cm. Ultimate height: 80cm (31in).
