Chaenorhinum origanifolium Blue Dream

This semi-evergreen alpine perennial is native to mountainous regions in the Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands. Chaenorhinum origanifolium 'Blue Dream' forms gentle, cascading cushions of very small, round foliage with a spreading habit and boasts a profusion of small, purple, snapdragon blooms with yellow throats in June and July. A great choice for rockeries or slopes, as well as making an excellent drought-tolerant container plant. Height: 15cm (6?). Spread: 50cm (20?).
