Callistemon ?Inferno? is easy to recognise due to its striking red bottlebrush blooms from May to July and vibrant orange leaves in autumn. Callistemon are tropical looking shrubs with graceful, arching branches which can be trained up trellis to form a magnificent wall specimen or left to create a bushy shrub as well as being perfect for containers and small gardens. The sturdy, slender, evergreen foliage offers wonderful interest in winter as well as having a beautiful lemon fragrance when crushed. Superb winter hardiness down to -12C.
