Apple 'Bramley's Seedling'

The most well-known cooking apple, yielding huge fruits with a sharp acidic flavor, is great for making exquisite pies, crumbles, and purees, as well as being highly recommended by renowned chefs. Bramley's Seedling, which was given an RHS AGM, has good disease resistance to scab and mildew. Pick 'Bramley' apples when they are fully ripe in October for immediate consumption, or store them in a cool, dry area throughout the winter. They'll keep for up to three months in the fridge.
