Teased through an Instagram tracklist screenshot and a countdown on his website, Baby arrives after a landmark year featuring Dijon on Bon Ivers SABLE, fABLE, contributions to Justin Biebers SWAG, and an appearance in Paul Thomas Andersons upcoming film One Battle After Another alongside Leonardo DiCaprio.With no advance singles, Baby is Dijons first release since his acclaimed 2021 debut Absolutely, named one of the years best by outlets like The FADER, iD, and NPR. That debut, paired with Absolutely the film and standout performances like Big Mikes on The Tonight Show, cemented Dijon as a boundarypushing artist.Created largely at home in isolation with close collaborators Andrew Sarlo, Henry Kwapis, and Michael Gordon, Baby reflects on new fatherhood and the rapid life changes since Absolutely.
