Each pack has been printed and packaged by RBVE’s social enterprise Britain’s Bravest Manufacturing Company (BBMC) where in the printing department, 95% of employees have a disability. BBMC creates an inclusive and meaningful place to work, with roles created with the needs of our employees in mind. As we approach Christmas, we already planning how we are going to support the diverse needs of our veterans. This is a challenging time for the people we support. A traditional Christmas at home with family is simply not a reality for a young veteran in our emergency accommodation. We must ensure that we make the festive period as positive as possible for them. Equally, it can be a difficult time for older people living in our care home and assisted living who face Christmas away from their loved ones. We work incredibly hard to ensure they have the best possible Christmas, including carol singing, Christmas films and a hearty Christmas dinner.
