Valid: From 1st Jun-17th July 2026 only - Thu & Fri: 1pm-4pm or Sat & Sun: 10am-1pm or 2pm-5pm. Duration: Each session is 3 hours long. Visitors are welcome to arrive and leave at any point during their booked session. Play videogames: Discover, play, and explore 100+ solo and multiplayer videogames. Facilities: Buggy and wheelchair users are welcome. Paid public parking is available at NCP Sheffield Central, a 2-minute walk from the Museum. Location: Castle House, Angel Street, Sheffield. Located within walking distance of Sheffield Bus and Train Stations. A minute's walk away from the Castle Square tram stop. What's on offer: Entry tickets to The National Videogame Museum in Sheffield. Play over 100 videogames ranging from arcade classics to modern-day console games, and explore a wide range of videogame artifacts from the past 50 years of videogame history. Ticket options: Choose to purchase an adult or child ticket (valid for children ages 5 - 18). - Children under 5 enter free, but require a ticket. Free under-5's tickets can be added to any booking on the museum's website. Family-friendly: Exhibits and activities designed for families with children, teenagers, and adults - there's something for everyone to enjoy! Interactive: Hands-on exhibits about how games are made and who creates them. Educational value: Uncover the history, development, and cultural impact of videogames.
