Design Engineering Fire Sleeve and Tape Kit is the ideal solution for protecting against intense under hood heat and fire, making it perfect for protecting hoses, oil and fuel lines and electrical wiring.Protects against heat and fireIdeal for fuel / oil lines, brake lines and wiringIncludes self amalgamating tape to finish off the ends of the sleeveDesign Engineering fire sleeve is constructed of a fireproof woven fibreglass braided material, heavily coated with 100 percent iron oxide silicone rubber, and is capable of withstanding direct heat temperatures of 260° C (500° F) continuous and 1093° C (2000° F) radiant heat. Each kit includes a 16" (406mm) length of fire tape to finish of the sleeve ends.
