Friendly staff. 👈👍👏fast unloading
This must be the worst depot of all!!! I can't tell you how many orders come out of this depot that have either been stolen out of the package, or just doesn't turn up at all. Was so much better when Doncaster was handling these orders. Horrible place full of crappy people!
The worst warehouse. The staff are rude and unhelpful; I’d like to file a complaint about the personnel. I went there three times with different reference numbers, and by the third time, the guy refused to even speak to me—even though it’s his job.
Enormous car park well-signed posted, different lanes for lorries vans and cars. Surface car park and multi-story car park. Electric car charging points. Good storage area for push bikes. There are lots of loading bays. The site is well signposted and has easy access from the main road.
The premises are in extremely poor condition-especially the restrooms, which are utterly filthy. The staff referred to as "yard marshals" are unhelpful and openly racist. They do not assist drivers when loading parcels; instead, they yell at them. Some individuals were particularly discriminatory. In one incident, a yard marshal spoke to my friend and said: "Go back to your country-you do not belong here." This treatment is completely unacceptable, and I urge management to address these serious safety and discrimination issues promptly,
