Sales rep Adam was fantastic put me and ease with buying and has sorted everything that I had asked for he’s a real credit to the team Valeting however has stopped me from giving a 5 star review. Inside the car was not attended too properly and there was still muck present in places form the previous owner. Also on the the main front window there are still crayon marks in one corner. And a sticky mark in another corner and on the reg plate there’s double sided sticky foam which could have easily been removed.

Shocking service. Missed faults that I specifically asked to be checked on a number of occasions over last few years, which they told me they had and all was fine only for the same fault to cause vehicle to breakdown weeks later. Left grease in my carpet and I witnessed the service agent who proceeded to resolve it by rubbing it in and could not understand why that was not a problem, provided with filthy courtesy cars (photos attached), claimed break discs grew by 2mm 2 services within a few months as well as other contradictions between service reports.Over 10 visits but Teessides “master” technicians could not “find” a fault despite the customer pointing them in the right direction (likely because they rely on a computer being plugged in and telling them their job). They dont want to prevent a problem, they want something to break first regardless of how it might impact safety. It took a breakdown mechanic 5 minutes to diagnose the problem over the telephone without looking at the car because he actually bothered to listen to what I was saying and confirmed it was the exact fault I had been begging this retailer to check. The retailer continued in poor spirits by failing to acknowledge nevermind apologise for anything and even tried to resist their duty to honour the breakdown service agreement to fix the car and provide a courtesy (despite this branch selling me the breakdown service). This pattern has happened more than once and for different faults (glow bulbs, media unit, front sensors). After raising it with VW customer complaints, Lookers Teesside’s general manager Lee Potts has been strategically ignoring their correspondences and requests to show evidence of the service reports to prove whether any of the concerns had actually been looked into. The silence says it all and it it literally the tip of the iceberg with this retailer. Poor service almost all round, almost every time (bar from Elizabeth Slade who is consistently helpful and considerate) and a poorer attitude from senior staff for over 2 years will mean I will never step foot in a VW retailer for the rest of my life. Zero professionalism, -1 accountability. Totally ruined VW’s brand and will recommend anyone and all who will listen to stay away.

Went too look at changing our car. The salesman called Jack was absolutely brilliant, not pushy and just explained to us what was available and arranged a test drive with no pressure to buy. We felt valued as a customer and anything we asked was no trouble.we ended up doing a deal and we're more than happy with whole process and the handover of the car we purchased was very professional and first class

Jonny was great and helped us pick out the perfect car after a long weekend of searching with other brands. We explained to Jonny what we’re looking for, what we’d compromise on and what our budget was. He sat down with us and went through all our options and we reserved a car that day. 5 days later we’d picked the car up and couldn’t be happier. Jonny explained everything in great detail and couldn’t recommend him anymore. This was all done late on a Sunday with Jonny willing to stay later to help us out. We’ll be back when we’re looking at our next car

Although I am based in London, Adam was able to make me feel so safe and secure about my remote purchase and walked me through all the steps, on collection Nathan was marvellous, you can tell the Teesside branch is a professional, honest and respectful dealership, a credit to the company. You can't go wrong with any purchase from them. Highly recommended. Thanks Guys.
