Asked them to replace a badge that had come off wheel but it wasn't done. Not a big deal but it was more the fact that I had a sense it wouldn't get done when I mentioned it as it was barely acknowledged and not written down. Wasn't even mentioned when I went to pick the van up. The whole experience felt like they just couldn't be bothered.

As always the VW Van Ctr outshines their Car Dept in every way; Cust Svc, Sales & Servicing. The advice I received, fol my van’s visit to Svc Dept, has been invaluable. The Technician & Receptionist were both v.helpful in explaining x2 poss causes/solutions. The drivers, who collect & deliver my van, are also always excellent & v.careful with my vehicle. Just x1 * removed as the main Lookers VW booking Call Ctr cannot see the Teesside Van Ctr’s diary for driver collection/delivery dates. There was actually a slot the following week but, according to Call Ctr, there was nothing as far as end Sep (when diary stopped)! If you need collection & delivery speak to Van Ctr direct - NOT Call Ctr.

Richard was helpful and accommodating from the time we arrived - 2pm. Helped us choose a good Transporter and ensured it was ready to drive away 10am next morning. Relaxed, informed, understanding and lots of coffee offered.

Thanks also to Dean for the additional Information and thanks to Martin for the Workshop tasks completed in good time. All the folk's were quite amiable and professional throughout.
