I like new look for the quality of items here, but this very branch doesn't seem to cover wide range for kids & men. It mostly for women while men only have a small corner upstairs, which is fine if that's what they prefer but obviously should not expect good rating. As a clothing shop should satisfy wide range of customers. Enjoy your shopping guys.
Really not happy with the constant ask for my e-mail. If I say no, it should be respected. Felt like I had to give my e-mail for one small purchase. So annoyed.
If anything below 1 star I will give Worst customer service
Best for jackets. I got some vegan leather jackets and a couple of snow jackets and a coat for around 30 pounds each which was really stylish and comfortable to go with.
A lovely lady served me today at the till. She called me ma'am and was so lovely and polite. Sorry I didn't get her name but the way she was with me was very memorable! Really good experience!
