Very poor customer service. Staff were rude and unhelpful. I bought a KFC bucket as a takeaway and politely asked for a paper tray or small paper box so we could share the food properly. The staff refused and simply said they couldn’t give one, without offering any alternative or showing any basic customer care. It was a small, reasonable request, especially after purchasing a bucket meal. The attitude from the staff made the experience very disappointing. Ordered the Wicked Variety bucket for £19.99 and the fries, the wings, filet were all burnt and looked like it had all been reheated. The replacement fries were slightly better but the chicken pieces were definitely not fresh.

I recently ordered a bucket and some Twister wraps, and unfortunately, both items were not up to standard. The food was very oily and burnt, which was disappointing. I hope this feedback helps in improving the quality of the food for future orders. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Food poor and not a single table was clean. Pricing seemed to be more than usual. A dingy place overall. M&S and Gregg's were the opposite, clean and pleasant.
