•Switalskis, a well-known law firm in Yorkshire, is expanding its residential conveyancing team with the addition of three new members. This move is part of the firm’s ongoing commitment to providing excellent service to homebuyers and sellers across England and Wales.
Meet The New Team Members
The new recruits include experienced conveyancer Sally Ann Masih, along with conveyancing assistants Suzy Overton and Jane Beaumont. Each of them brings unique skills and experiences that will enhance the team’s ability to support clients through the often complex process of buying and selling homes.
Sally Ann Masih, who is based at the Huddersfield office, has over 25 years of experience in residential conveyancing. She also has a background in estate agency, which gives her a well-rounded perspective on the home-moving process. Having lived and worked in Huddersfield since 1993, she has gained extensive knowledge of the local property market, which includes everything from period homes to new-build developments.
Suzy Overton and Jane Beaumont both play crucial roles in supporting Sally Ann and the rest of the team. Suzy focuses on the administrative side of conveyancing, which involves tasks such as managing freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Jane, with over 11 years of experience in the conveyancing industry, works closely with clients to guide them through the buying and selling process, ensuring they feel informed and supported at every step.
Why This Matters
The expansion of the residential conveyancing team at Switalskis is significant for the local community in Yorkshire. As the property market continues to evolve, having a strong team of professionals can make a big difference for individuals looking to buy or sell their homes. The expertise and local knowledge that the new team members bring will help clients navigate the sometimes challenging aspects of property transactions.
Sally Ann Masih emphasised the importance of personal connections in her work:
“Moving home is a big milestone, so it’s important that clients feel informed and supported from start to finish.”
Leadership Support
Sarah Cookson, who is the joint head of residential conveyancing at Switalskis, expressed her excitement about the new team members:
“We’re delighted to welcome Sally Ann, Suzy, and Jane to the team. Sally Ann has built an excellent reputation throughout West Yorkshire and brings an exceptional breadth of experience.”
Cookson also highlighted the supportive nature of both Suzy and Jane, stating that they provide a friendly approach to every client, making the buying and selling process smoother. The addition of these three new appointments will further strengthen Switalskis’ national conveyancing team, ensuring that clients receive the personal service they value, regardless of where they are based.
