The ROSE Awards, which stands for Recognition Of Service Excellence, highlight those who go above and beyond to ensure visitors have a memorable experience, regardless of the type of accommodation they offer.

The ROSE Awards have been recognising outstanding service for a decade now, and this year’s event took place at The Post Barn in Newbury, Berkshire.
