Every time I have been into this store they have been extremely helpful, they always have what I need and they handle returns easily if you’ve bought too much. Also reasonable pricing on everything.
Have just spoken to Rob at Eurocell SCARBOROUGH about some ridged trims after trawling the internet for ages, I wish I had just phoned them first and saved myself so much time. Rob was great, brilliant service, helpful and very friendly. He found what I needed and is even delivering it for us. Thank you "brilliant service and very good value".. well done.
Danny & Tony went above and beyond to make sure that I had the right product and wasn't paying for something I didn't need. Danny even went the extra mile to fix something I had broken when most companies would have just sold me a replacement. Their excellent service and keen prices have guaranteed that I will be a returning customer.

Scarborough: Absolutely awful branch. Having used Eurocell Doncaster for over 15 years l had my first experience of the Scarborough branch. Ordered 20 Manthorpe dry verges, 1st delivery was incorrect with the cheaper universal being sent. Two months before replacements sent, however 5 short. Two months later l give in and arrange a return and refund, after yet more delays it’s finally collected but only partly refunded, a full month on again and still no refund for the remaining amount. All communication was through Daniel Cornish the branch manager. Words fail me!
