Since the new Neighbourhood Manager stepped into the role, I have nothing but praise for her and Great Places as a whole. She has consistently gone above and beyond to help me and my family. Moved into a gorgeous apartment on the 2nd floor. Waited 2 months to sign tenancy as it kept getting pushed back. Was offered 2 flats next door to each other but wanted the 1 with the balcony to dry clothes only to find out the door sticks and I have to get an engineer out every time I open them but they won't replace the door. When I moved in (Friday) I had to get gas uncapped but because it was a weekend and their gas team doesn't work weekends and it 'wasn't an emergency. I was left all weekend without gas. Found out on the Monday that their engineer was in the building Saturday to fix a boiler......

Since they took over our estate has gone to pot. I've lived here 62 years and never known it as bad. They are useless at sorting out anti social neighbours and seem to move plenty in. They take far too long to do repairs. The opinion on my estate is that they're only interested in the rent. They care nothing about the tenants.

Do not take disability needs into account I got offered a flat when I told my housing officer I had a guide dog and a carer will be visiting me most the days he turns back and says sorry you can’t have the flat because we feel a guide dog and someone coming in will overcrowd the place. Absolutely silly everyone else in life has general family come in and out these guys only want you too be alone!! Never heard such nonsense in my life

Absolute joke of a company, having a toddler in the house without hot water and heating for over 48 hours and still nothing done. Called and been told they have no knowledge of the calls me and my Mrs have made, even though we have call records sent to them. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
