ordered two regular Dirty Milk Teas today, and unfortunately they were very disappointing. Both drinks were tasteless and didn’t have the rich flavour I usually enjoy. I’ve had Dirty Milk Tea before and normally love it, so this was a real let-down. The staff member who made our drinks also seemed very uninterested, which showed in the overall experience. I hope this was just an off day, but I expected much better quality and service.
Excellent service as always, especially from Fathima. The customer service was friendly and professional. This is our favourite bubble tea spot and it was awesome today, just like every visit.

Absolute disgrace. Didnt put the tapioca in my taro i paid 15 pound for thats utter shambles in its self. Complained got rudely spoken too by staff and only received £2 refund. Boycott absolute abysmal service and establishment will never buy from here again utter complete disgrace. In future i will take my money elsewhere sort ur company out and its rude incompetent staff.
Went today in cosplay as Leon kennedy from RE2 with a bit of vampire touch to him for Halloween and one staff member has recognised me from a looonngg time before and STILL remembered my order to this day despite the fact I hadn't gone in SO long! Absolutely lovely staff, allowed me to give them a few treats for Halloween to spread kindness and gave me a huge act of kindness back by making me a drink with no ask! Thank you and your team for making my day much brighter in the depressive time that I was going through, spreading kindness on each end one day at a time. Love the staff! Countless be more thankful for this place ❤️🫶
