<p><strong>Job Title: </strong><strong>Commercial Support Coordinator </strong></p> <p><strong>Location: </strong><strong>Sheffield </strong></p> <p><strong>Salary: Up to £30k DOE + Benefits </strong></p> <p>Loom Talent is exclusively supporting a well-established manufacturer serving industrial and technical markets worldwide. Our client combines manufacturing capability with specialist technical expertise across a global group.</p> <p>We're looking for a Commercial Support Coordinator to join their commercial team in Sheffield. This is a varied role covering customer enquiries, quotations, order processing, export activities and general commercial administration. You'll work closely with Sales, Business Development, Technical Sales, Production and Quality.</p> <p><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Supporting quotation preparation and follow-up</li><li>Processing customer orders</li><li>Preparing export and shipping documentation</li><li>Coordinating freight bookings</li><li>Liaising with customers and suppliers</li><li>Building your knowledge of the company's products and services</li></ul> <p><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in a customer service, administrative, sales support or commercial support role</li><li>Strong communication and organisational skills</li><li>Excellent attention to detail</li><li>Solid Microsoft Office skills</li><li>A customer-focused, team-oriented approach</li><li>Experience with ERP systems, export documentation or a manufacturing/engineering environment is a plus but not essential</li></ul> <p>This role offers genuine exposure across the commercial function, ongoing training and a clear path for progression within a growing, supportive business.</p>
