/><strong>What's</strong><strong> the role?</strong><br />Provide&nbsp;expert HR&nbsp;advice and support&nbsp;to managers,&nbsp;employees&nbsp;and wider stakeholders on a range of HR matters, including performance,&nbsp;absence&nbsp;management, employee&nbsp;relations&nbsp;and policy development.&nbsp;Manage&nbsp;and&nbsp;deliver&nbsp;HR&nbsp;administration&nbsp;support&nbsp;for&nbsp;business&nbsp;areas.&nbsp;<br /><br />This is a&nbsp;key role in&nbsp;supporting HRBPs&nbsp;combining the&nbsp;implementation of HR strategy&nbsp;that aligns&nbsp;with The&nbsp;organisation's&nbsp;objectives&nbsp;and&nbsp;delivering&nbsp;first class&nbsp;operational support.&nbsp;<br /><br /><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> <ul> <li>First point of contact for all HR-related queries, providing&nbsp;timely&nbsp;and professional responses.&nbsp;</li><li>Advise&nbsp;managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with employment law&nbsp;and company policy.&nbsp;&nbsp;For&nbsp;example,&nbsp;performance/talent&nbsp;management,&nbsp;absence&nbsp;and employee relations.&nbsp;</li><li>Support HRBPs with investigations and disciplinary process.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist&nbsp;in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and legally compliant.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage&nbsp;the onboarding&nbsp;(including induction for new managers)&nbsp;and probation&nbsp;process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed, right to work&nbsp;compliance&nbsp;and inductions are conducted effectively.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain and update the induction material to reflect changes in the business.&nbsp;</li><li>Advise&nbsp;on any probation concerns raised and&nbsp;supporting managers with&nbsp;extension&nbsp;process.</li><li>Assist&nbsp;in the&nbsp;administration,&nbsp;training&nbsp;and&nbsp;completion&nbsp;of the performance management&nbsp;(PDR)&nbsp;process.</li><li>&nbsp;Work with HRBP to&nbsp;identify&nbsp;training and development needs&nbsp;through talent review process&nbsp;and support the coordination&nbsp;and completion&nbsp;of relevant&nbsp;training.&nbsp;</li><li>Support managers with&nbsp;performance management&nbsp;issues, through informal and formal stages.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;and up-to-date HR records, including contracts and files.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible&nbsp;for&nbsp;HR system&nbsp;accuracy&nbsp;(sage)&nbsp;and&nbsp;monthly&nbsp;reporting.&nbsp;&nbsp;Coach HR Administrators.</li><li>Coordinate and manage Occupational Health provision, across the organisation.&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensuring we are tailoring requests to specific absence circumstances.&nbsp;</li></ul> <br /><strong>What are we looking for:</strong><br /><strong>Qualifications</strong> <ul> <li>CIPD Level 5 or higher</li></ul> <strong>Skills </strong> <ul> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Excellent organisational and time-management abilities</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion</li><li>Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, change</li><li>Committed to continuous professional development</li></ul> <strong>Experience</strong> <ul> <li>Proven experience in an HR advisory or generalist role</li><li>Experience in managing employee relations issues and performance management processes</li><li>&nbsp;Experience of HR software and systems (e.g., Sage HR) and track record of maintaining accurate data</li></ul> <br
