Busy car park. I have to wait about 20 minutes, then found a parking. Reasonable price for 6 hours and only 10 minutes to high street and 2 minutes walk to Trinity college.
You better be very careful when you park there. I got a ticket, because apparently I parked in a disabled parking bay. When I was parking my car, I didn’t see any disabled parking bay, because on a sunny day, you just can’t see that dust on the tarmac that the council shamelessly calls a disabled parking bay. Just take a look at my photos. I decided to challenge that and the council admitted that those lines are indeed faint, however they said it is my responsibility to spot a disabled parking bay anyway! I have honestly never seen such arrogant attitude. Take a look at the answer I received from the council below: ____________________________________ I have noted your comments and you state the lines and markings are faded. I can advise that although they are faint, they are still visible and there is a responsibility upon the motorist to ensure that they have parked in accordance with regulations before they leave their vehicle. ____________________________________ It is truly shameless that the council keeps those car-parks in such condition, probably so it doesn’t stand out from the condition of the rest of the city. If you are giving tickets, because someone unintentionally parked in a parking bay that isn’t visible, at least use those money to re-paint these lines...
Lucky to get a space when we visited Sheffield City Hall reasonably priced as 830pm onwards it was free , see tarrifs for details
Good car park in town centre. Reasonable prices. Not very many spaces tho, so can fill up quickly and suddenly. I paid by contactless credit card. I believe can also pay by cash and pay by phone.
