Any minor issues identified during the snagging process were addressed promptly and professionally by the customer care team. Communication was clear throughout, and the entire purchase process was smooth from start to finish. We’re very happy with our new home and would recommend this developer to others considering a new-build property.”

Horrendous service, houses fall apart after a couple of years. And considering you're spending hundreds of thousands of pounds you'd never expect to be barred from messaging them too much when you complain. Complete joke of a company. Bought our home with incomplete paperwork as used the builders recommended shoddy solicitors who rushed to get us in our home before the end of the builders financial year. Now trying to sell our home & unable to due to missing, incomplete paperwork. Trying to contact Gleesons but constantly being ignored. Not even worth 1*

Disgusting company and after only 3 and half years we need our en-suite ripping out and doing properly as Gleesons came out twice in warranty period and painted over the cracks and now refuse to do the work as they blame us for not maintaining the tiles!!!!!!!. Seriously think about giving all your money to this company .

Avoid Gleeson Homes if you care about the health and safety of your family. My experience with Gleeson Homes has been extremely concerning. The property I purchased contains multiple defects that fail to meet basic building regulations, the very standards designed to protect lives. Gleeson’s attitude towards fire safety is particularly alarming. Instead of properly addressing gaps in fire protection, their so-called remedial work has involved covering these gaps with flammable materials. This is not only negligent but demonstrates a complete disregard for occupant safety in favour of quick, cheap fixes. Due to Gleeson’s incompetence, there is still no proper protection against toxic, explosive, and radioactive ground gases entering the home. Even after multiple attempts, Gleeson has failed to put this right, leaving a major health and safety hazard unaddressed. Gleeson homes may be cheap, but this is due to their reliance on the cheapest contractors available, which is evident in the corner-cutting, poor workmanship, and low finish quality throughout the build. Despite raising these issues, responses have been slow and remedial work has remained substandard. Homeowners are left living in unsafe conditions that should never have passed inspection in the first place. A developer of this scale should prioritise compliance with building regulations (legally the bare minimum)and the safety of its customers above all else. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid Gleeson Homes.
