Tom is honestly one of the best people I have dealt with when it comes to dealerships, Cars, PCPs and everything in between. Whether it was knowledge about the products, matching the product to my needs and budget with excellent recommendations and doing his best to get me the car ready to drive away in 24 hours on such a short notice due to my work needs. I arranged for a test drive of the Seal excellence today. The process was moth via the website. When I arrived at BYD Sheffield Tom was my allocated sales person. Is a storm between a Seal and a sealion 7 - Tom spent some time understanding my requirements, what my commute is like, what EV I currently have and offered the comparisons as well as explaining all the benefits of BYD. Tom also offered alternatives that I hadn’t considered like the Atto 3. It was clear to me that this wasn’t just a job to Tom but passion for showcasing what BYD have to offer and what’s best for me as an individual consumer. I test drive the Seal along with my Dad. We absolutely loved it. I will be ordering my new car form BYD lookers and it will be returning for its servicing. Tom = customer service at its very best.
