Lookers Ford Sheffield

I am very pleased with purchasing two Ford direct cars from Lookers Sheffield. I purchased a Ford Focus Estate 2025 registered in September and the car is lovely 100% . I also purchased a Ford Focus ST Line Hatchback a few days before the Active and once an again I am very happy with this car too . I live in Bridgend South Wales which is a 436 mile round journey and nearly 4 hours round trip for each car for each car each week . Both cars are Ford direct cars. I also found the staff in the sales department excellent and first class with everything from start to finish with both of my purchases the Sales Manager Stavio could not do enough to help me he was very friendly and helpful , also his sales team Jay , Connor and Charlie made my Son and myself welcome throughout the sales purchasing of both cars our two visits . I had been looking for a vehicle for a specific reason. The showroom had exactly what I was looking for. Bumped in to Jay near where the car was parked. From that meeting to test drive and various questioms everything was relaxed and non pushy. Charlie the mnaager was responsive and welcomed the business. I have trust in these guys and would strongly recommend if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.

Buying a car from Daniel at Lookers Ford Sheffield was a great experience. I travelled quite a distance to get there, and Daniel couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating. The service was really prompt and efficient, and not at all pushy. I would definitely buy a car from them again!

Our salesman Sam Whittaker was excellent, very patient and professional. He was in constant communication with me throughout the entire process & was on hand to help out when required. He even managed to keep my husband happy. Thanks Sam you are a credit to team Ford.

Recently visited Lookers Ford Saville Street Sheffield to supply and fit a new tyre, and fit a new alloy wheel with tyre to my Mondeo. As usual the service was first class, with free hot drinks while I waited. All the the service staff are excellent, in particular Mike Dalton and Service Manager, Darren. I know that if there is a problem with my car or that if I have a worry, the team are always available to help. They do not let you down. Try them.
