I recently bought a van from Stellantis &You and had a great experience throughout the whole process. My main point of contact was Rebekah, who was polite, friendly and professional from the very beginning. The transaction was smooth and straightforward, and whenever I had any questions, I could simply send her a WhatsApp message and she would reply quickly with the information I needed. Everything was organised before the van arrived, so when collection day came, it was simply a case of picking up the keys and driving away. The whole process was hassle-free and well managed.
